MySpace referrals - likely candidates! If you already have many friends on a MySpace account, gear your profile towards Yuwie. Be careful because MySpace does not like Yuwie. Use a flash page if MySpace won't link to your Yuwie referral page. If you don't have an established MySpace, create one geared towards getting referrals. Create a blog; you can probably link to Yuwie from there. Do not post your links on any of the forums or notice boards. Add friends that are online who are average people. Don't waste your time with MySpace celebrities; they will probably never look at your profile. This has worked extremely well for many people and it should work for you, too!

Inactive referrals? Send them a private message! They will get an email telling them they have one, and hopefully be reminded to use the Yuwie friend network. Rating them and sending them comments will not get an email sent to them.

Upload a profile picture - I can't stress this enough. People are more likely to look at your profile if you display a photograph.

Be real- People hate spammers. Write information that people will be interested in. Send messages to a few friends you would like to get to know. Sure, a large quantity of friends will get you page views on Yuwie. But it is truly the quality of your friends that will make the process worthwhile. That said:

Add lots of friends! The newer to Yuwie the better. The more friends you have, the more people who will potentially look at your content. The newer your friends are to Yuwie, the less likely it is that they will have lots of friends and the more likely it is that they will check out what you post!

Update your blog and post bulletins regularly.
